Imagine waking up to fresh, hot bagels on a snowy Christmas morning or to celebrate the New Year. Why not start a new tradition or carry on the old by boiling and baking your own bagels at home? We offer packs of 12 frozen bagels with seeds for toppings and simple, step-by-step directions. We will have a few select cream cheeses and smoked seafood to supplement your bagel breakfast. Hot bagels fresh out of your oven are the new thing!

PICK UP DETAILS:
BAGELS FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS
In past years, we offered pickup times for both Christmas and New Year's. This year, we are consolidating the two pickup opportunities. So, if you would like bagels for New Year's week, we ask that you to pick them up on the weekend before Christmas and keep them frozen until your bake day.
Saturday December 21st - 11am - 9pm
Sunday December 22nd - 11am - 1pm (we might be baking a fresh batch of bagels for retail)
cut off to order is Wednesday the 18th
Suggested Baking Equipment
1 six-quart pot for boiling bagels
1 large slotted spoon or spider
1 small sheet tray with rack for draining bagels
2+ sheets of parchment paper to fit sheet tray
1+ large sheet tray or cookie sheet for baking bagels
a good bread knife! See how to slice a bagel safely!
Directions will be included: emailed and printed
Eat as many fresh bagels the first day as you can!
Slice and freeze what you are not going to eat the first day
When slicing leave a slight hinge on two halves to keep them married
Toast them frozen all month long
Salt bagels do not freeze well, the salt absorbs too much moisture
If a fresh bagel gets hard before you get to it, try quickly running it under water before toasting it

3. At checkout choose your pickup day
4. Pay online and dream about your future bagels

When you arrive at the restaurant please check in at front counter.
