Tastebud Pizza Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Tastebud Pizza Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Tastebud, located at 7783 SW Capitol Hwy, in Portland, Oregon.

2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Oregon and Washington who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Tastebud, their immediate families, and household members are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period
Entries will be accepted from January 29, 2025, at 12:01 am through February 1, 2025, at 11:59 pm.

4. How to Enter

There are 3 ways to enter:

  1. Dine-In Entry: Receive one (1) entry when you dine at Tastebud during the Sweepstakes period. One entry per adult (18+) guest per visit.

  2. Newsletter Signup: Receive one (1) entry by signing up for Tastebud’s newsletter online or in the restaurant during the Sweepstakes period.

  3. Take-out Entry -  One entry per order - adult (18+)

5. Prizes and Drawing Schedule

  • Daily Prizes (5 Winners Per Day): Free Pizza Gift Certificate.

  • Daily Grand Prizes (1 Winner Per Day): Pizza-a-Month Club (1 pizza per month for 1 year).

  • Special Prizes:

    • Pizza-Making Class (2 seats) (5 winners): Entries from Wednesday, January 29, 2025.

    • Low- or No-proof Cocktail Class (2 seats) (5 winners): Entries from Thursday, January 30, 2025.

    • Winter Waters Galentine’s Day Dinner for 2 (1 winner): Entries from Saturday, February 1, 2025.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries for each day’s prizes. Drawings will take place after the restaurant closes on January 29, 30, 31, and February 1, 2025. Winners will be notified via email or phone within one month of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize Restrictions
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Tastebud reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Specific scheduling for the pizza-making or cocktail classes will be coordinated with the winners and subject to availability.

8. General Conditions
Tastebud reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and release Tastebud from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of prizes.

9. Privacy
By entering, participants agree to receive communications from Tastebud, including promotional emails. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Oregon.
